We carefully pack each piece before sending it on its way. Since our products are handmade, some pieces may take a little time to prepare.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Custom or made-to-order pieces require additional time. The estimated timeline will be shared with you before your order is confirmed.

Shipping Across India

We currently ship across India through trusted delivery partners.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll share the tracking details with you via email/WhatsApp so you can follow its journey.

Custom Orders

Custom rugs and personalised pieces are made especially for you. Their production timeline will be communicated at the time of order and may be longer than ready-to-ship products.

Damaged Packages

We pack every order with care. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs/videos of the package before opening it and contact us within [24 hours] of delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order. We may not be able to change the address once an order has been dispatched. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect address.
